I noted this sign at, what is in my opinion, the best burger restaurant in Cape Town - Royal Eatery. And, that said, I guess if someone's going to pull off a salmon burger, it's probably going to be Royale. :)

We love Salmon burgers in Florida and have been enjoying them for over 10 years now. Try one; they are delicious, especially with lemon dill mayo.

I was at Wholefoods this past Saturday and saw different burgers which reminded me about your salmon burger post. I took a picture for you. You can also get these fresh in the seafood section. We had shrimp burgers for lunch and they were delicious!
