I mostly shot on Aperture Priority and Programmable mode. I’m not sure what camera you have, but you can try decreasing the saturation and increasing contrast… that should help a fair amount. If you do shoot in manual mode then the best would be to use a graphics editor like The GIMP or Photoshop to adjust the settings afterwards. Normally cameras come with this software, so you may even get away with using whatever your camera came bundled with.
