Please indulge me, leave a comment, and try to guess which building this could be. It's located in the city's CBD, the style isn't *that* common, and it's found on the corner of two major roads.
Compared to other cities, Cape Town doesn't have a huge number of skyscraper-type buildings, so especially for residents, this shouldn't be such a tough question. :)

It’s either the Woolies building on the corner of Adderler and Strand or it’s the Old Mutual building where all the larneys live. Or the BP building on Tulbagh/Tibult Square.

I’m sure this is the Old Mutual Head Office Building in Darling Street which was renovated into extremely upmarket apartments.

I think it’s the Woolworths building on the corner of Strand and Adderley Streets.

It’s the building on top of the Golden Acre.

And here I thought when looking at the title that you were going to mention the Skyscraper City forum where the most incredible pictures have been posted on the forums depicting the progress of all the construction projects around South Africa. If you haven’t seen this forum, check it out now, but make sure you have at least an hour or more to spend browsing through the forum and seeing all the pics.
Here is the starting link.

The Telkom building in Lower Long Street?

Post authorTo those who guessed that it was the Golden Acre office tower – you’re absolutely right. Well done! :) Perhaps you don’t know that the 108m, 28 floor, tower marks the original Cape Town shoreline that was reclaimed in 1930. Here’s a map showing exactly where the building is.
