These signs were actually used, in a bike ride, in a public space. It was amusing - especially since I don't think any of the marshals even realised the typo. :) But, let's not be too mean - they were riding for a good cause.

Bike in the rain
I've been posting photos of the beautiful summer weather that we've been having. For the past few weeks we've had a few days of warm weather followed by cold wet weather, followed by more warm summer days, followed by cloudy-rainy-windy weather.
I took today's photo two days ago - a very wet Thursday afternoon in Cape Town. The day started off cloudy with intermittent spots of sun. It then started drizzling a little, cleared up a little, and then rained down extremely wet and furry cats and dogs.
I think this bike's owner was hiding out in the coffee shop to the right of this pic. :)
Tokai Plantation – a forest to walk, ride and hike in
The Tokai Plantation forms part of the greater Tokai and Cecilia plantations and has been run as a commercial plantation since its establishment in 1885.
Fortunately, even though the plantation is a commercial site, it's open to the general public - offering the opportunity to leave the city and suburbs for a short walk on the slopes of the Table Mountain mountain range. The forest has a picnic area (a little before the entrance to the plantation), but IMO it's far nicer to enjoy a snack at the plantation's tea room and then take a short walk into the woods.
